Installing BLS-2023 after downloading the BLS2023INSTALLER.EXE file is done simply by double-clicking the BLS2023INSTALLER.EXE file.
1.If your computer has multiple Windows User Accounts with different privileges, you must log in using an account that has Administrator privileges in order to install the program.
2.Windows may darken the screen after starting the installer and prompt for permissions to elevate the privileges necessary to install BLS-2023. Answer YES to continue.
3.Follow the prompts in the installer.
Note: On some computers, a Windows prompt may appear during installation asking for the Administrator user name and password. This is not a user name or password that BLS-2023 has programmed in. It is the Windows Administrator user name and Password that was set up when the computer was set up.
